I’m not an official mountain bike guide because (unlike in the Alpes) that’s not really needed in Luxembourg . But I do know my way, I can perform first aid and CPR. The routes we ride in the Mullerthal are made with help of a local mountain bike friend and formed after years of testriding and trying. You can’t ride these trails in a random direction. Also during most of my routes there is a location where we can have a break and eat something. Some have coffee and cake others also have an option for a warm lunch. But you always need energy bars or other nutrition for during the ride, because sometimes these restaurants/cafes are closed.
As a mountain bike guide I charge only €30,- pro person for a whole day of guiding. The maximum group size is 6 people, and a minimum of 4 people. You will experience the added value of a guide if you compare your biking adventure with a day of keeping track of the route on a GPS screen. You will have more time to enjoy the scenery and you will not mis the special features that only a guide knows.
